The 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ competition named Medtech College among its 2012’s list of winners. Companies are judged in areas such as employee education, diversity, recognition, communication, work-life balance, employee retention and more. In 2012, Medtech College earned a spot on the Achievers’ 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ list for the United States. The honored companies were recognized and evaluated based on success in Achievers’ Eight Elements of Employee Engagement, which include: communication, culture, leadership, professional and personal growth, rewards and recognition, vision and values, accountability and performance, and corporate social responsibility.
As the only business awards program judged by industry analysts and members of the press, the Best in Biz Awards honored Medtech College with multiple awards in the Department/team category. Scores were determined by a panel of 32 distinguished independent judges from quality business, news and technology publications, in addition to analyst firms and broadcast outlets from around the country.
The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) recognized Medtech College as one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. Medtech represents one of 45 companies in the Atlanta area awarded as a result of applying innovative strategies and best practices within their respective industries. President & CEO John L. The 2012 American Business Awards honored Medtech College in five different categories. “The Stevies” recognize the nation’s top businesses in a wide range of areas. This year Medtech took home awards for Maverick of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Fastest Growing Company, Marketing Campaign of the Year and HR Department.
Winners of a prestigious Hermes Gold Creative Award, Medtech’s “How Many Jobs?” campaign gained international attention in 2012 after receiving praise from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professional’s panel of judges. Of roughly 4,700 entries from the United States and other countries, Medtech is honored to have been recognized for the award.
In 2012, the award winning publication, Diverse Magazine, acknowledged Medtech College as the nation’s top Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Degree Producer for Minorities. Medtech proudly offers degrees and certifications in the Nursing, Medical, Medical Office and English as a Second Language fields.
