Our selection process consists of four basic steps as outlined below. Each step in the process is designed to help us find the most talented individuals for each role and for you to learn more about the company.
Our Selection Process
Step 1: Explore the Possibilities – See all Employment Opportunities to choose which position(s) best fit your interests and qualifications.
Step 2: Apply/Assessment – Once you identify a position for which you would like to be considered, submit your resume and/or application through CareerBuilder. Depending on your qualifications and the position for which you are applying, you may be asked to complete an assessment so we can better evaluate your skills and competencies.
Step 3: Interview – If you are among the best qualified for the position, then you will be contacted for an interview. This is the time for us to learn more about each other and assess whether Medtech is the right place for you. Depending on the position and your fit, you may have more than one interview, giving you an opportunity to get to know us even better.
Step 4: Receive Offer – The final step in the process is to receive an offer to work at Medtech. If you receive an offer, you will be contacted by the hiring manager. The hiring manager will provide you with the details of the offer in a letter and then ask you to complete pre-hire paperwork and activities.
Step 5: On Boarding – All new associates complete a 90-day onboarding period. During this time, we share our culture and philosophies; review and clarify performance expectations; and provide the tools, training, coaching and feedback you need to accelerate your success at Medtech.
