Our convenient, short-term EKG Interpretation course can provide you with the valuable skills to learn and interpret basic electrocardiography. You will learn to interpret cardiac rhythms and 12-lead EKGs in our EKG technician program.

Curriculum in this EKG training program will focus on coronary anatomy and physiology, electrophysiology, lead placement and morphology, and common cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias. You will also learn advanced topics such as fundamental 12-lead interpretation, electrocardiographic changes caused by myocardial infarction, artificial pacemakers and cardiac medications.

This short-term EKG training course is a great way to break into the growing healthcare field, gain advanced EKG training or add experience to your resume.

Attendance certificates are awarded to students who attend a minimum of 75% of EKG certification training classes. The certificate will denote proficiency or non-proficiency status. In order to acquire and demonstrate the necessary skills, attendance at the final class is required to receive proficiency status.
