You’ll also learn advanced techniques such as fundamental 12-lead interpretation, electrocardiographic changes caused by myocardial infarction and the effects artificial pacemakers and cardiac medications can have on your readings.

Attendance certificates are awarded to students who attend a minimum of 75% of EKG certification training classes. The certificate will denote proficiency or non-proficiency status. In order to acquire and demonstrate the necessary skills, attendance at the final class is required to receive proficiency status.
